We talk a lot about being data-driven.
Dashboards, metrics, attribution models.

But data rarely gives clear answers.
It gives direction, not certainty.

Decisions still come down to judgment, experience, and risk tolerance.
Two teams can look at the same numbers and choose opposite paths.

The danger isn’t ignoring data
it’s hiding behind it to avoid responsibility.

How do you balance intuition and data when stakes are high?
