Most beginner advice says: start small.
In theory, it makes perfect sense.
In reality, starting small can feel frustrating.
Progress is slow, mistakes feel bigger, and it’s easy to doubt whether you’re doing anything right.
But starting small teaches something important — patience.
You learn to observe before you optimize. You react instead of forcing outcomes.
People who skip this phase often struggle later, even with better tools and knowledge.
The basics aren’t exciting, but they build confidence.
If you’ve started growing food or learning a skill from zero, you know how real this phase is.
