Organic methods ask something unusual from growers:
trust.

Trust that soil biology knows what it’s doing.
Trust that not intervening immediately is sometimes the right choice.
Trust that imbalance doesn’t always require correction.

This goes against habits built by quick solutions and instant feedback.

But once trust develops, farming becomes less reactive and more responsive.
Less about control, more about cooperation.

What helped you trust natural processes instead of forcing outcomes?
